Bianka Marsmann began her career as a graduate in business administration with a focus on finance and human resources.
She looks back on and draws from more than 15 years of leadership experience in these areas. Most recently, she worked as an HR Director International with an international pharmaceutical company.
Experience with both medium-sized enterprises and the international private equity environment have seen Bianka successfully build and restructure companies including involvement in the field of integration management (PMI).
In early 2013, she became a member of the Executive Board with the Signium Interim Management business unit and started working as a Managing Partner by mid 2014, until the founding of GBM Connecting Professionals.
Georg Marsmann completed his studies at FH Rosenheim, focusing on Controlling and Marketing. He began his career in the consumer and branded goods industry. Georg brings years of professional experience in all aspects of strategic and operational management.
For more than 13 years, Georg has held executive positions in North America, Asia and Europe. He has been working as an interim executive in CFO positions within a variety of industries and contexts.
His experience ranges from the development of business strategies to the creation, organization and restructuring of companies. His primary focuses are on project management, M&A activities, Integration Management (PMI) and IPOs (IPO) in Germany and the USA.
Georg has been responsible for the interim managers platform since 2010. First with the Signium partnership and since July 2015 with GBM - Connecting Professionals corporation.
